Dutch Queen Beatrix opens the DeLaMar Theatre Sunday, November 28th in Amsterdam. The theater was built at the initiative of the VandenEnde Foundation, the cultural fund of Joop and Janine van den Ende Dutch media tycoon, theatrical producer, co-founder of Endemol and founder/owner of Stage Entertainment.
On the opening evening the musical La Cage aux Folles premiered. DeLaMar The theater was founded in 1947 and named after actress and comedian Fien de la Mar.
